Return Policy — All Sales Final

At J. Vladimir / Red Stripe Collection, each piece is produced as a limited, collectible artwork. Due to the exclusive nature, limited quantities, and artistic integrity of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made through our website or affiliated sales channels are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse. No exchanges will be offered once an order has been placed, and no cancellations are permitted after payment has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To submit a claim, please provide proof of purchase, clear photographs of the packaging and the item, and a description of the damage. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be honored. If the damage is verified and determined to have occurred during shipping, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a repair if applicable or provide a replacement if inventory allows. Due to the limited nature of the collection, replacement is not guaranteed.

Limited Edition Disclaimer
All pieces are part of a strictly limited release. Variations in texture, finish, paint splatter, and detailing are intentional and part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent refusal of future service.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy in full.
